Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how NGRateView collects, uses, stores, and shares information when people browse our website, submit contact forms, use customer share pages, or operate merchant and admin accounts.

1. Information we collect
We collect information that merchants, admins, and prospective customers choose to provide to us, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, company details, support requests, store content, uploaded media, and account profile data.
We also collect operational data generated through the service, including share logs, analytics events, QR-code-linked visits, authentication details, device or browser metadata, and configuration changes made within merchant or admin workspaces.
2. How we use information
We use collected information to operate the NGRateView platform, respond to contact requests, authenticate users, process subscriptions and top-ups, provide analytics, improve AI-assisted features, secure the service, and communicate important service updates.
We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product performance, improve the user experience, and support internal reporting.
3. Payments, logins, and third-party services
Billing and subscription payments are processed by Stripe or another configured payment provider. We do not store full payment card details on our own servers.
Merchant sign-in may rely on Google OAuth or other configured authentication services. Customer sharing flows and AI content generation may also interact with social media platforms, AI providers, or hosting and monitoring vendors that support the service.
4. How information is shared
We share information with service providers only as needed to run the platform, such as payment processors, email delivery vendors, cloud hosting providers, analytics or monitoring vendors, and authentication partners.
We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, protect the security of the platform, investigate abuse, or support a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
5. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain required business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, or security obligations.
Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information, whether an account remains active, and whether logs or records must be preserved for fraud prevention, analytics integrity, or compliance purposes.
6. Security
NGRateView uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information, including access controls, encrypted transport, logging, and role-based restrictions across merchant and admin areas.
No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, subject to legal and operational limitations. Merchants may also update much of their account and store information directly within the platform.
If you no longer wish to receive non-essential communications, you can follow the unsubscribe instructions in those messages when available.
8. Children’s privacy
NGRateView is designed for businesses and general customer sharing experiences and is not intended for children to use independently. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
9. Policy changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version on this page with a revised effective date.
