NGRateView - Terms of Service

1. Scope of these terms

NGRateView provides customer-facing share pages, merchant management tools, AI-assisted content workflows, analytics, QR code experiences, and administrator controls for the businesses that use the platform.

By accessing the public website, contacting us, signing in as a merchant, or using any connected store or admin workspace, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Merchant accounts and store data

Merchants are responsible for the content, store information, destination links, images, and social channels that they publish through NGRateView.

You must keep account credentials secure, provide accurate business information, and ensure that your use of the platform complies with the rules of the social platforms you connect to.

3. Customer-facing experiences

Customers may access public share pages without creating an account. Those pages can present merchant-provided content, AI-generated suggestions, QR-code-linked flows, and thank-you pages after sharing.

NGRateView does not guarantee that a third-party social platform will accept, publish, or continue to display any shared content.

4. Payments, subscriptions, and credits

Merchant subscriptions, add-on purchases, and related billing features are processed through Stripe or another configured payment provider.

Paid plans, top-ups, credits, renewal timing, and cancellation options may vary by plan configuration. Unless required by law, fees that have already been paid are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use NGRateView to post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, or malicious content, interfere with platform security, scrape data without permission, or attempt to bypass usage limits or access controls.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account, store, or public page is being used in violation of these terms or in a way that creates risk for other users, our partners, or the platform.

6. Intellectual property and feedback

NGRateView retains all rights in the software, branding, interfaces, and documentation that make up the platform. Merchants retain rights to the content they upload or are authorized to use.

If you send feedback, suggestions, or product ideas, you allow us to use that feedback to improve the service without owing compensation to you.

7. Service availability and disclaimers

We work to keep the platform available and secure, but NGRateView is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, be suspended, or depend on third-party services such as Stripe, Google OAuth, AI providers, or social media platforms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NGRateView and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business interruption, or data.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amounts paid to us for the affected service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will publish the revised version on this page with an updated effective date.
